Netic Health is a digital Physical Therapy platform for Athletes
Background
Netic Health was a digital health startup founded during my time at UC Berkeley and UCSF in 2020. It started as a small project I led that won a few awards, including from Stanford Biodesign, Big Ideas Contest and more. The vision was to use computer vision and 3D pose estimation to help patients recovering from a stroke to be able to recover better during their critical period of recovery (~6 months post-stroke) using an everyday device: a smartphone with a camera.
I started out as co-founder and Chief Medical Officer and later became CEO. We raised some venture capital, built a team and got a few hundred patients to use our platform. Ultimately, the company wound down in 2024.
